A room on the first floor with an entrance from the gallery gallery. An elevated space that was previously used as a laundry room for employees.

There are two attic spaces available and they can be used as an extension of the main spaces. Open space with large pane windows, overlooking the Old Water Treatment Plant site. Steel roof beams and a non-functional supply elevator. The entire area is carpeted.
