The space is located in the small village of Skytaly, which lies among the hills in a quiet environment surrounded by forests.

This is an old farmhouse that we are repairing ourselves. The Villa Organica residential house dates back to 1927. It was built by a Sudeten German, whose initials are still at the top of the building. Subsequently, the building fell into disrepair and was used as a pub during the previous regime. It now houses a quiet accommodation part of the complex. The former stable is connected to the house, which is now a common room with an open kitchen. The granary, which now houses the bar or a place to sit with coffee, dates back to 1836 on the rafter beams and was originally used for drying plums.

The main building has a residential area (6 rooms and a residential attic), a common room with an open kitchen of 120m2.

The enclosed fenced area also includes a 100m2 outdoor podium/pergola, a 40m2 bar in a granary, and a 5000m2 garden with mature trees and a fireplace.
